Apparel: All sizes listed are Asian/International sizes. Please note that these sizes generally run 1-2 sizes smaller than US sizes. To ensure a proper fit, please feel free to request a detailed size chart from us, or try the item on at a brand store before making a purchase.

Authenticity & Quality Guarantee

platform Authenticity Guarantee Coverage:

Footwear: Items priced between $75 - $799.99 and marked with the "Authenticity Guarantee" badge will be sent to an platform authentication center for secondary verification.

Apparel: This service is only eligible for items priced over $200 and marked with the "Authenticity Guarantee" badge.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders will be quality-checked and arranged for shipment within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Method:

Authenticity Guarantee Items: The item will first be shipped to an platform authentication center for secondary verification. After passing verification, platform will ship it to your address.

Standard Shipment Items: The item will be shipped directly to your address.

Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make a change or cancel your order, ideally immediately after payment.

Once the item has been dispatched to the platform authentication center or directly to your address, the order is considered "shipped" and cannot be canceled, modified, or intercepted. This process is enforced by platform's system, and we are unable to intervene.
